Supporting the Work of CREST
The Board of CREST has two committees: finance and governance to support the work of the board and the organization.
The Finance Committee is responsible for providing oversight and advising the board on the organization’s financial matters.
The Governance Committee is responsible for advising and recommending to the board changes to the governance of CREST, its members' agreement, its incorporation by-laws, and other matters of a governance nature.
